London Street Photography: Every Picture Tells A Story
Street photographers filter the world to share what interests them and what they are feeling.
For me “street photography” is all about finding fun, quirky and sometimes thought provoking juxtapositions by chance. I don’t hang around a specific place for hours waiting for the right light or someone to walk by. It is about finding an interesting sense of place or narrative about the world we share by chance. It is about urban / human surprises. It is about capturing everyday urban life and fits perfectly with my love of flavouring.
In this blog I have tried to capture a bit of London’s sense of place. In some ways each photo tells its own story, and in other ways each photo is a chapter in London’s story. Or perhaps it tells more about me than about the city. s, each being a chapter in the city’s ever-evolving story.
The Challenge
I have titled each photo, but I challenge you to find an alternate title that reflects how each photograph make you feel or think.
Last Word
I hope one or more of these street photos have captured your interest and perhaps cause you to think and reflect on places you have been and what impact they have had on your life.
